So I am going on a little trip to Moore River out at Mogumber.
Not been to this particular spot but I know there will be no people there.
It is about 120km from Perth and very easy to get to.
Drive along Tonkin Hwy, then onto Brand Hwy, turn left at Mogumber Rd. Turn left at Moochamulla Nature Reserve here.
Drive 1.38km to the bridge across the Moore River.

Beautiful country Bretrick…And warm too…If I lived in Aus I would spend most of my time in the outback…
How’d it go? Did the temperature remain cooler? Was it peaceful?

Yes, the temperature remained low, 27c.
The place I went to was a disappointment though. Very difficult to get to the river. Too much thick growth. Even the road in was rather steep. I worried about being able to get out. It was looking like rain which would have made it impossible to drive out.
I never stayed there long. Instead I went for a driving tour around the area.
In all, I drove 290 kms, saw plenty of kangaroos.
Debating whether I will go again tomorrow. Same river, just a more accessible place.
