Tabasco Sauce

Never tried Tabasco sauce… Am I missing out?

we always have a bottle at home, have done for ever. It’s powerful, hence the tiny bottle. A couple of drops give a subtle boost to things. I have in the past used it more liberally on lamb … let it marinate, then flash fry. Nice.

Good to know, thanks…I’ll get some in my next shop! :+1:

You’ll find a use for it, and it lasts for years past its use by date: just give it a good shake.

That was my go-to hot sauce. I always had a bottle on hand and put a free drops on everything. I substituted lately for red pepper flakes. Both are good.

chilli flakes, we call them … I feel need to be cooked in. But Tabasco can be added to taste as a condiment at the table.

Hi Pixie, it is sometimes suggested to buy a fire extinguisher at the same time for those not familiar with Tabasco. :innocent: :grinning:
