Fiona gone she looked so elegant, now we have got to get Mark out he is the worst.
After that it’s a toss up between Ben and Sophie
Not surprised that Fiona left - at least Mark has a comedic element to his routine but not sure how much longer that will keep him in.
Not just that Kal - the routines have been very busy, he’s always remembered each move, and he does have good timing …
But yes - probably next week - gave us good entertainment though …
I do agree Patsy but he does often look a bit clumsy and tends to stand still just moving his feet and/or arms and I think his bulk (to put it kindly) dictates what routines he can and can’t do and, with the best will in the world, he can’t move as freely as some of the others and I think that is what will let him down in end.
  Na na nada …
Except for last week with the bloomin posey rumba, which he didn’t like - he has moved very well.
Yep - his size is a hindrance in some respects, but he really did give those numbers a good go - so there ! :-p :-p
Well I think Mark’s lovely - so there. I bet he’s a really nice bloke in ‘real life’ too. He’s not cocky and full of himself and like Patsy says, he has a damn good sense of timing.
I don’t honestly think he stands much chance of winning, there are much niftier dancers there, but I give him 10/10 for trying, especially with the disadvantage of his bulk (which is disappearing week to week)!
I am a new recruit to Strictly started watching mid way through last year and I am enjoying it.
I think people have been going out in the right order this year. Don’t know how much longer Mark has got even though he does enjoy himself.
I do like Sophie and her partner just wish she would remember to smile a bit.
I think Sophie is too nervous, concentrates too much - instead of just going with the flow …
Mark will probably go next week - or Sophie …
I missed the first dance so no idea yet how Susannah and Kevin did but the rest I saw - it was a bit meh. Usually, I love the Vienese Waltz but that one tonight had to be one of the worst I’ve ever seen and that Charleston was awful. I think Len was right to point out that some of the choreography needs more attention!
I’m glad something was said about throwing the females to the floor - what is that about? Dragging them along by their feet or hands, throwing them along the floor - I really don’t get that at all.
Mark should have gone weeks ago.
It’s the same every year, viewers vote to keep the ‘stooges’ over far better dances just because they are ‘entertaining’.
It’s a dancing competition for heavens sake!
Anyway …
Knew Mark wouldn’t manage the foxtrot this week, so will probably go …
Artem was not on the ball this week, never known that !
Wasn’t that impressed this week, no one stood out - ah well its tough going for sure, next week we’ll be back in business
The judges were being ‘tougher’ with the marks this week, but more tough on some than others it seemed.
Ben is bottom of the board with Mark second to bottom, Susannah is joint 3rd from bottom but can’t remember who with? either Patrick or Sophie I think.
I like Mark too…he seems like a nice guy…but i don’t think he stands a chance of winning…but I agree with B V…why do they need to throw their partners across the floor…that’s not dancing
Well, what a results night.
We had the lovely voices of El Diva, then afterwards, poor Artem crying (isn’t he a lovely guy), and Christina crying, and Mark winning the dance off - again, bless him.
I don’t want any of them to go now, they’ve all worked so hard and seem to be really enjoying it .
I’m afraid I can’t take to Natalie though, even though I can’t dispute she is a very good dancer.
As a self-confessed people watcher, I watch her very closely and I’ve noticed that when she gets these high scores, there’s no elation - more a look along the lines of she deserves it. I can’t take to her either (I haven’t forgiven her yet for what she did to poor Tyrone )
I know what you mean BV, there is something in her expressions I’m not comfortable with sometimes, just a fleeting look, then it’s gone.
She’s perhaps a very nice person really, so I may be unfair.
Yes Mups, I get the same feeling from her - I just can’t take to her at all. She has a lovely smile and laugh and she probably is a nice person but just not my cup o tea. (I also saw her whisper something to Artem after Sophie danced once and got a huge round of applause - it was definitely a snidy remark from the smirk on her face and I noticed that Artem didn’t really respond. It’s little things like that.)
Mmm, it’s not just me then.
I was very disappointed that Ben went out in the dance off against Mark.
I like Mark he is always smiling which in turn makes me smile but lets be honest he doesent really do much in regards the dancing. This week he at best walked across the dance floor. Is this now classed as what strictly is all about
I’m another that is not enamoured with Natalie even though she appears to be a good dancer, hopefully she won’t win if it is down to the public votes.
Surely Mark will have to go very soon, he is very flat footed.
I’m not a lover of lifts and drags and being thrown around, give us proper dancing.
