Does anyone use a balancing/stability disk as part of their exercise routine? I saw one yesterday and couldn’t decide if it was a good idea or one of those things that will be sitting in the cupboard unused. I have an exercise bike, some weights and resistance bands so not sure it will add anything. What do you think? Yay or nay?

It wobbles and is apparently good for balance and core strength, I am going off the idea now
