A neighbour dumped at least 1000 Chili seeds into my native plant Garden Bed.
I created an Australian Native Garden along a narrow strip abutting the fence line.
I inspect the garden yesterday for weed seeds and come across the chili seeds dumped at one end.
My initial reaction was what an absolutely crazy thing to do. Dumping at least 1000 seeds in an area less that 1 square foot…
I removed what I could but there are still at least 200 seeds.
Will need to wait until they germinate, then pull them out.
Very annoying!My BH would be very pleased with what you are doing.She does voluntary work for the council,advising people want native plants they could have in their gardens and nature strips.
