Somebody, somewhere

… is smuggling sprouts into my house!! Eeek!

When I came back from my early morning walk there were two of these sitting on my door mat. No indication of where they came from - obviously a generous neighbour with a daft sense of humour! I am assuming they are cat toys - can’t imagine velvet cooking very well.

Love ‘em! Are you sure your cats didn’t pinch them from another cat and bring them home to you as a gift?

Hmm - never thought of that. Willow wouldn’t - but anything is possible where Nemo is concerned!

I do love a naughty cat! I used to have a cat who stole things and brought them home.

I like the sprouts, very cute. Every year I make my son’s cat a catnip mouse and now I’m thinking could I do a sprout next year?

@Maree - that mouse is lovely!

Thank you, I make them out of the foot of a nice soft sock £1 shop sock, stuffed with the other sock cut up and catnip. Then felt ears, nose and eyes and a shoe lace tail.

But I’m thinking if I could get green socks, I could do a sprout!

I love that sprout toy @SilverTabby! Have you found out yet where they came from? And your catnip mouse is wonderful @Maree - such a very simple idea, but so effective!

I love it too, just I would play with it myself if I had one. Too good for the cats! You could do a little story as to how they plan to run away from the Aldi van.

No - have asked the neighbours and they are denying all knowledge!

Now there’s a thought - will work on it - thank you, Annie
