The Chinese have just pulled off a bit of a coup by signing a deal giving
them rights to occupy, use and otherwise benefit from certain islands
within the island group ??
Australia and New Zealand are a bit miffed about this as apparently they
are responsible for administering this group of island’s allthough the islands
have their own government ?
Perhaps Ozzie will now have to match the Chinese offer if they want to
to retain controll ??
