Sitting Exercises

Hi

I don’t do New Years Resolutions, they don’t last.

Have been previously very fit and active, albeit injured and somewhat restricted.

Three months restricted to bed have seriously made me much weaker, the muscle loss has been significant and quite depressing.

The medication side effects have not helped either.

I have been researching sitting exercises, helped by a friendly OT.

I have settled on two, they don’t look much but you can feel the effects and the improvements.

They are not only a help to recovery but also a set of exercises to keep you mobile and free from muscle aches and pains.

They are also both free.
