The charge sheet:
Since when was Rod Stewart 5’11 … :?:
The father-and-son fighting duo could face a year in jail, the same time on probation or a £760 fine if found guilty of battery at a hearing in Palm Beach in February.
Sean has been in trouble with the law before. In September 2002, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to go to drug rehab after pleading no contest to attacking a man outside a restaurant in Malibu. Then, in 2010, he was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
And, in February 2015, Sean was arrested at Miami International Airport. Police said he jumped onto a luggage carousel after seeing his bag and riding around on the conveyor belt, according to Local 10.
This time Sean was charged with unlawful entry into a restricted area and released the next day after posting bail.
It’s unclear if Sean will also face charges, although the arrest/notice to appear documentation lists him as a co-defendant.

The pair have entered guilty pleas to a misdemeanour count of “simple battery”.
It means neither will go to court, nor will they go to jail, pay a fine or go on probation, Sir Rod’s lawyer Guy Fronstin said.
The judge withheld adjudication - meaning they have not been formally convicted.
Mr Fronstin said: "No-one was injured in the incident and a jury did not find Sir Rod Stewart guilty of the accusation.
“Instead, Sir Rod Stewart decided to enter a plea to avoid the inconvenience and unnecessary burden on the court and the public that a high-profile proceeding would cause.”
That’s that, then …
