That explains a lot. Off their head on drugs, no wonder they are violent.
That might explain why they are attacking swimmers on both coasts of the US.
The drugs are a high brain distorter.
I often wondered what happened to the cocaine, when drug dealers dump it in the sea, when apprehended by the police patrol boats. Seems the sharks can sniff more than blood !
