I never sleep in, ever.
Not since my hangover days, 25 years ago.
I always rise before the sun shows itself.
This morning, I was watering the garden at 4.30am.
So quiet, no traffic noise.
Yeah but that is a mere 7.30am here whereas I was up at 5.30am (two hours before you were watering the garden) and out of the house before sun rise.
Naturally I was cursing the damn daylight saving which starts a month too early and goes on a month too long. The sun doesn’t rise here until 6.45 when you were still in bed asleep.

i’m like you, usually brewing up around 4am, albeit still dark it will soon be light and i am able to wander down the garden, sit in the garden room and watch the sunrise, love it

Has anyone ever considered installing a Bus Stop in the back garden? it would be nice to get up early and stand there.

Hardly ever sleep in, unless I was up late the night before. I just can’t stay in bed for no reason other than sleep. Once awake, I’m up at roughly the same time every day.
