This could end up being funny… or a damp squib.
The satirical The Onion has just bought Alex Jones’ (he of shouty voice, mental conspiracy theories, fake shooting claims) site InfoWars. Jones’ has had to sell off all this assets after losing the case brought by the families of the victims of Sandy Hook school shooting. The notion that Jones’ poisonous site has been bought by the Onion made me smile.
How the disgustingly nasty have fallen and lost everything. Hurrah.
Oh that’s interesting. Just this morning I received an email from the Guardian saying:
