Shiver me Timbers. Electric bed heaters!
My thoughtful daughters sent me one a few years ago. A sort of loop, much like underfloor heating.
Used it twice!
Day One. Woke up with light bruises, the shape of the coil, imbedded on the bod!!
Day Two. Spent almost all night awake! Wondering. If I would Awake >> Electrocuted. :rofl:
Mums the word. It was binned. Upside. Just checked.
A bit chilly BUT.>> Iā€™m still alive. I Think!! :innocent:

I sleep alone now, but when OH was alive I slept on the left side, still do actually as my Jellycats, cuddly toys, have the right side.

Hmm, is the left looking at the bed from the foot, or after you are in the bed?

Often I lay my pillow close to the edge of one side, the other pillow at my back, and actually lay across the bed. Sleep like a little muffin most of the night!

I have an Alexa but think the sudden sound of the radio or some advert coming on could put me in a bad mood for the day :weary:

Thatā€™s very trueā€¦the good news is you donā€™t have to endure either, simply ask Alexa to set an alarm at the required time with a specific piece of music of your choice :slightly_smiling_face: :+1:

i like my twin bed, now and then I turn and sleep head away from the headboard. Makes life interesting and Fung Shui. Iā€™m still waiting for the benefits of FS to kick in. More to come then
