Yes one of the best camcorders for the price. I was reading up about it and from what I gather even professional photographers use it.
As camcorders go not over expensive either at under £700 new , This is the Sony HDR-AX53 . What I do like is the colours are true even through a UV filter. Originally shot in dual mode 4K and AVC so recorded twice at the same time as an MP4 file which can go straight onto youtube.

one advantage is there are hundreds of frames to choose from. So not only the video but what you can also do. Sometimes even better than just trying for a normal stills shot
