Procrastination sure has it's negative side

For more than a month I have been delaying buying a new key holder clip.
The clip held my car key, house key and letterbox key.
The mechanism was dodgy, meaning the keys could come off without me manually manipulating said clip. I always clip the device to my pants belt tab.
Yes, it happened.
Removing clip to get into my car, I notice the house key and letterbox keys are gone.
Luckily I have spares hidden in the outside store room at home. I checked they were still there three weeks ago.
So, one new house key to be recut, one letterbox lock to be cut off and replaced and one new key clip to be purchased.

As you have lost a house and letter box key I would be inclinded to change the lock as well. You never know who may find the lost key and try and use it.
This is something I have always done when moving house, this stops any previous owner from getting in

I am miles from home and there is nothing to identify the keys. Just singular keys belonging to unknown locks

But how more expensive was it to buy the key holder v getting new locks and keys?, procrastinating sometimes doesn’t come cheap…

Key holder and new key cost $15
New house lock would cost upwards of $60

“Procrastinating Has Consequences.”
Jethro was busy building a ‘Sandcastle’ on the beach.
And noticed a ‘Lizard’ on it’s hind legs, telling jokes.
Turning to his Grandson he said. " I’m Thinking, that ‘Lizard’ is really funny."
That’s not a Lizard you Duffer" he replied.
“Its a “Stand Up Chameleon” !
What Is funny”.
While you were Procrastinating. The tides washed away your Sand Castle".
Conclusion.
Time and Tide. Waits for No Man". Over Thinking.
