well it’s definitely both messaging from the primitive brain. Likely amygdala involvement in both.
Yes its happened to me a couple of times…also I was once with pal out for a walk and she stopped dead in her tracks and said …oh no… seconds later two cars crashed on the Road right in front of us. She said she just sensed it was going to happen.
About a day before we get rain here Huntsman spiders come into the house and ants in the garden build mounds around their nests.They can sense what’s coming.I think a long time ago humans could do that sort of thing too,now only a very few sometimes get a hint of it.
Another example of premonition in animals was in the tsunami in India and Sri Lanka where all sorts of animals ran for higher ground before the big wave hit.
They have a sixth sense of something dangerous .

Is it premonition or are they just more sensitive to earth movements?
Probaby have some instincts and awareness about earth movements that we have lost along with many other of our natural instincts.
Don’t know if you mean this, but for many years if I was doing something I’d think I’ve done this before in exactly this way. I have no idea if I’d dreamed about doing it before or what.
As I grew older the feelings did get less & less & now I only get one very rarely, but at first it was pretty frequent.
Some times get a feeling of foreboding. No idea why, just think something bad is going to happen. But it never does.
