5 minutes later there were numerous police sirens blaring.
A truck and car collided on Welshpool Rd and took out a power pole.
Estimate of 4 hours before restoration of power.

That would never happen at a UK company because of the statuary 3hr emergency lighting requirement/regulations. The emergency lighting has to work automatically at a loss of power.
