I’d try it. I love potatoes. It’s hard to imagine that it wouldn’t be a little grainy, but I like the idea that it has peas in it too. That boosts the protein content, something that oat milk doesn’t do successfully for me.
Cold, flavorless potato soup. Hmm. Maybe it tastes better than it sounds.
Supposedly, the carbon footprint is lower than other plant milks, so that’s a plus.
lol Potato milk? That’s a new one for me. I once had real cow’s milk and it was divine. Is it true that real cow’s milk can cause kidney stones? That kind of scares me. lol
When I was younger our summer camp leaders took us to Sussex to a small farm. We went on hayrides and got to sample some real cow’s milk. First time I tasted it. Haven’t had any since.
So when you say “real cow’s milk”, you mean fresh, untreated cow’s milk. Because the milk that comes in flagons at the supermarket is ‘real’ cow’s milk, just not fresh and untreated.
You have many times had ‘real’ cow’s milk that is commercially produced and for sale in shops? But fresh, untreated cow’s milk only once? Am I understanding you right now?
It is, you’re right. I stayed on a dairy farm once for a week and, every day, for breakfast, I had warm milk more or less straight from the cows’ udders on my cornflakes. It was gorgeous, warm and very creamy.
