Had to make a trip up to Notting Hill yesterday to see a man about a camera. Portobello Road is a great place for some street photography.

I was born in the Portobello Road during 1943, but everything has changed since then including the background of the inhabitants/walkers. My paternal family ran two Notting Hill pubs and a pawnbrokers; today only one pub still remains as a pub.

I’ve been meaning to get up to Portobello Road for while, just a short bus ride for me. I promised to take some shots of @LongDriver 's pub.
