Polymer Clay Sculpting

You’re very talented @homealone and thanks for sharing these.
It’s not something I can do although I would love to be more artistically-inclined, but I’ve tried enough in the past to realise my limitations.
:023:

I thought Sculpting would be an interesting hobby that not many people would know you can do in an oven, I wont pry why your unable but I am sorry about that, Us over 50s only get more unable as we get older, I should count myself lucky to do these.

PS: you can make jewelry with the polymer clay, you can even make a crown

I did try using it, Homealone, but couldn’t get the shapes right, was too used to wetting clay to shape it . I used to do pottery & thought this would be a good substitute during lock down, something creative to do but it wasn’t, so sadly I gave up.

Excellent set of pictures @homealone. I’m hopeless at portraits. It’s something I need to practice more.

Buildings, boats and plants are my thing.

If your a potter, your more advanced than polymer, but if you can get used to it you dont need a kilm.

Thankyou, I dont know why i do portraits its just what i do when i pickup a brush or pencil

Yes I get what you mean. I guess it’s what gets your interest and enthusiasm going.
Same for me with buildings and structures.
