Patience is a virtue Art.
I’ll take a couple of ounces of the heads when they are mature
I don’t care how far away you are it is still a plant.
Bruce, l thought you were mainlining these days!
Did you mean…planet?
That one reminds me of a variety of strawberry.
LD, l never grow strawberries from seeds, so l wouldn’t have any seeds to plant.
Unless, l put a mushy strawberry that l’d kept for my hens on the saucer?
I think that’s unlikely though.
Try this might need to take a close up of one plant.
They look much like strawberry plant leaves to me too.
Don’t know what they are Art,but why not make up an exotic
name for them like ‘Tropicannartangel’
Or, Mayinparadise?
I’d take a pot of them to your nearest garden centre and ask as expert
Ooh that’s good advice @ruthio!
I have to say that the leaves screamed “berries” to me too… but I have no idea which kind
I thought it would be so simple and that the gardeners on here, would know straight away!
It seems, we are all in the dark about this one!
I did my best.
Mr Fraggle, Yes, l know you did your very, very best but your advice was… errrmm… a bit rubbish!
Don’t ring us, we’ll ring you!
On the first part of the journey
I was looking at all the life
There were plants and birds, and rocks and things … … …
I’ve been through the desert on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name
Cause there ain’t no one for to give you no pain …
Wild birds are the biggest natural transporter of seeds we have. They carry them in their gut then defecate as the fly, distribution the seeds right across their flight path.
Thought for today.
Update… This is the ‘mystery’ plant now. I have taken the pic because l have just quickly watered all my plants and the water jet was a bit fierce.
It damaged the flower stem so l have propped it up to show it as is now. The flower is purple but l don’t think it is completely out yet.
It also looks bigger in the pics. Any ideas?
