Planes Bikes and Automobiles

Yep, Rock and Roll, goes on in Campervans at bed time, that is no good for pensioners

Put ten miles on the Carrera yesterday, felt a bit more cautious than usual, no urge to test its full potential, there is a syndrome waiting in the wings

plan C ??

Hour tying business lose ends up then a bike and van moment.

Just of for a Pensioner Pootle, gotta build on the eleven miles clocked so far, got the Saracen to 2000

Twenty miles on the clock now, still full battery.

Happy days Spitty… :grinning:

You can close a chapter, then open it again, ain’t that just wonderful :icon_wink:

First weekend away next week, extended weekends this year, stage one of work hours realignment instigated.

Tyre pressure on the Moho is something like 84 PSI, our mains tyre inflator struggles to get to that pressure and its a pain to connect it just to check the pressure so, I ignored all the digital pressure gauge options and went ā€œOld Schoolā€ and bought a good quality one of these.

Van and Bike in perfect harmony

Its just a case of deciding where in the oyster to go!

Had the place to myself today, lovely jubilee

Twenty five miles and still on full charge

Found a new track today which I didn’t realise was a public footpath, walked the first half mile of it this morning and found it was suitable for a bike so, I am going to add one of the person powered carrera’s to the van and follow it to the point I do know

Got as far as the kissing gate before having to return because of the time, it was a fair climb on the way back and the legs were calling out for the electric motor.

The Kissing Gate, the final frontier

don’t they make bendy bikes, like the buses used to be

One things for certain, the leccy ain’t goin through there!!

Lift it over?

Lift a leccy? that’s a big ask for a pensioner, and such remote locations are no place for a wobbly

Yeah you’re probably right. Best not to push your luck…or the bike.
