Still waiting to hear the details…Depts are looking into Air Controller fatigue, etc.
There has been an air ambulance crash today in a fireball that killed 6 people.
Inconceivable.
I haven’t been following it but did see this:
I heard on the news this morning that there were 7 deaths confirmed so far in the Philadelphia plane crash. A person in a car was killed when the plane crashed.
Not a good week for US Aviation.
