I pulled off the road lest I fainted.
Extreme light headedness and nausea.
Symptoms eased slightly, enough for me to drive the further 2km to home.
WebMD noted it could be low blood pressure, vertigo, inner ear infection…
Awoke this morning feeling okay.

Add low blood sugar to your list Bretrick, especially if your job is physical. Make sure you are getting enough carbs…

OGFs right. I was diagnosed with diabetes 12 months ago and my main symptom was dizziness so it worth getting checked.

had a similar problem last week - was driving home and a blonde standing on the road side was thumbing for a lift - being ultra polite I offered - I had to pull into the road side kerb a few kms on feeling very faint - yes she did feel very faint!!
