Going for my annual mot at the doctors at 11.15 this morning,fasting blood test so no breakfast.Will take a banana in the car so I can eat it after the appointment.

Having trouble getting a slot for my Tesco order . I used to book a slot from 9am til 10am because our gates close at 10 but the only slot I could get was 10 til 11 so hope he can get in Iāve had this trouble for a few weeks because of a store being refurbished and even though I thought that today would be ok because I donāt need the stuff til middle of next week most slots were already taken ???bugga
Hope you got your goodies from Tesco-Jac.Iāve never done an on line grocery shop.
Had a call from surgery to have another blood test in 2 weeks time.They want to compare the two results(?)
Weatherās turned really windy and cold this afternoon,might have to put the heating on.

By gum, weāve gone back to winter here today. Having had the aircon on in the car on Wednesday, the heating is back on and so is my big cardigan!
Not a very nice morning-glad to be indoors now for the rest of the day.

What a shambolic end to the game .The French cheated.Wayne Barnes was a terrible ref.Heās got it in for our boys.So pleased for the Irish team.

Real winters day here .Another day in with the tv for me
Havenāt watched any of the rugby. Met friends in town yesterday for lunch and two of us booked a 7 day Med cruise. Cold and sunny here today did some shopping and got a Sunday paper.
Robās girlfriend came up to spend the day with us (she arrived last night, so we didnāt get to bed until v. late) She brought a bottle of salted caramel Baileys type liqueur - very nice. Spent the day indoors and cooking a Sunday joint. Donāt often do that these days.

Horrible drizzly foggy morning.
Tried the new chip shop in the village for lunch.Offer- OAP fish and chips for Ā£4.30.Thought it would be a smaller portion but no,couldnāt finish the chips and just managed to eat the fish.It was delicious.
