Quite windy this morning but no rain so far.
Shopping and dog walking done,now in for the rest of the day.

Son no2 is a big American football fan and his team San Francisco 49ers are in the super bowl tonight so heās hoping his American team will win too.

Had something of a disaster on Saturday. Whilst eating lunch (sausage, mash and onions) my front tooth broke off! (itās been dead for ages and dentist has been muttering about ādoing somethingā with it.) Foolishly I have resisted, working on the principle that if it aināt broke donāt mend it. Well now it is broke and Iām sitting here trying to get up the courage to phone the dentist :-(.

What an expensive morning. Taxed the car (after having paid for it to be serviced and motād yesterday) and went to the dentist. Good job I was sitting down when he told me how much a bridge would cost. Not looking forward to the extraction of the root of the broken tooth either

My handyman is coming either today or tomorrow to power wash the back yard so Iāve been moving the plant pots out of the way,had a struggle with some of the big ones.

Tesco has been and they sent me 3 batch breads! Iād never get through them so sent them back . Trying to check my bill and doesnāt look like they charged for 3 anyway !!

The storm arrived about 3am.Glad to be indoors today-just going to take pup out to the garden,he wonāt go out on his own if itās raining.
One panel of my garden fence is leaning hope it stays upright until I can get it fixed.Next doorās trampoline has blown into their next doorās garden.
Bet the sea is really angry today-Jac.
Not a good result for Wales yesterday.

Storm is fierce here,sea is foaming and it looks like snow on the sand and my window .
Tide is going out now so a bit calmer
Really noisy in the night , wind seemed to be in the pipes and when I went to loo the water in the bottom of the toilet was churning. I was worried it may overflow ! I had to find my ear plugs so I could get some sleep.

Cant see through my window due to rain and sand blown on it but Iām not cleaning it because more rain on the way .

Up at daft oāclock-feeling smug,washed the tops of the kitchen cupboards and wiped down the outside of them.
On the news this morning there was an item about a man who goes for a swim in the sea every morning in Langland.The tide was right in.Some people are mad!
Going to take pup for a walk soon,donāt know where this energy has come from today,probably be shattered this afternoon!

Lovely sunshine here. I had to clean my window for shames sake ,the sand was dried on and hard to get off . My s-I-l was down yesterday and he offered to do them but Miss Independent said no. I must learn to accept help xx
