Drizzly this morning.Visibility not too good on the motorway,glad to be in for the rest of the day.Going to catch up on some tv Iāve missed over the last few days.

My little g.granddaughterās in the Heath hospital again.Itās an awfully stressful time,especially for my granddaughter and her husband.They are waiting for the consultant to decide what to do next for her.
Keeping busy today so I donāt dwell on things too much.

Chilly one today and weāve got men working on the balconies so doors open and shut every few minutes.

Taking car into garage this morning.Passed the mot last week but advised to have brake discs and pads replaced.
G.granddaughter may be going home today.It looks like that they may have to replace the whole shunt.

Hope your ggrandaughter is home by now Rhosyn. My car has been in dock for service and MOT and they only just finished working on it this evening so DIL took me to pick it up. They hadnāt had time to do the bill so will post it on - think I shall have to be sitting down when I open that envelopeā¦

When I went out this evening the car was just starting to freeze over but now itās been raining. Goodness knows what weāll wake up to in the morning.
Have given up watching the news, I no longer feel that I understand what on earth is going on - or whatās going to happen in the future.
Up at daft oāclock this morning,the hail woke me up and couldnāt get back to sleep.
Put the oven racks into oven cleaning stuff last night,so Iāve been cleaning the cooker this morning.
Not going anywhere today catching up on housework.
G.granddaughter home but poor little girl is washed out,going to see her tomorrow morning.

Quite a lot of snow this morning - wrecked my plans for the day so I stayed home and did Church accounts - again! Made some soup this afternoon and going to catch up with TV this evening.
I had a funny night. Iāve had a sight tickly cough for a few days. Awoke at 5.30am and couldnāt get my breath . I got out of bed and tried to clear it but ended up pressing my alarm button . A nice calm man talked to me and after 10mins I could at least breathe . He was going to phone my daughter but I managed to tell him I was slowly getting breath back It was scary and I had even opened corridor door so I could be rescued !!At least I know the system works but fit for nothing now

Was out shopping early this morning,got a friend coming for lunch tomorrow.Found a small Christmas pudding in the cupboard-will have that for āaftersā.

Off out this evening to meet (for the first time) my fifteen year old step grandson (!) and his other grandparents - offspring of youngest sonās lady. Iāve bought him a woolly hat, sure heāll be thrilled - not.
I had the alarm when I fell and even though not hurt just couldnāt get up . I can go for days without seeing anyone .My 2handimen are good as gold and check on me every day or two now . Poor Andrew has had to help me up about 4 times .
The system is good . For a few pounds a month you just press the button and someone is there to inform family/friends and if no response they get Paramedics.Iāve set it off a few times by accident and they donāt mind .

That alarm is a blessing when you live alone.
Flippinā freezing here today. Went to Church this morning and kept my gloves on the whole time, except when I went for communion! Came home and took my little electric fire apart in the living room. Both the bulbs that give it the glow had failed and replacing them took some doing. All fixed now though and it does just cheer the room up.

Been up since 3.30.Son was leaving to drive to Birmingham airport for a flight to Singapore via Doha.Was going to go back to bed but was so wide awake decided to stay up.Saw the special moon,it was quite a sight.
Will probably have a sleep on the settee this afternoon.
