Wet start but lovely sunshine now . I’ve even chanced my washing out
.Have a good one xxx

Nice to see the sun this morning.
Taking my dog for a “haircut” at 9.30.(which he hates)
Enjoy the sunshine while it’s here today.

Its just clouding over now but its been a lovely day . I’ve dried bedding and made a start on my pots so happy to relax now
Hope dog got over his haircut lol xx

Not so sunny(yet) today.
Have my yearly blood test this morning but not until 11,so “nbm” until I’ve had it done.
Dog looks good after his haircut.
Have a good day.

Wild and windy here ,really blowing. I was going to the chemist but my hip has started playing up now so I’ve asked them to deliver and defrosted fridge and done some mending instead
Wind has finished my daffs off xx

Pouring down here.Part of the road out of the village was flooded. Not pleasant driving conditions, glad to be in for the rest of the day.

Took a friend shopping this morning and to say we got soaked is the under-statement of the year. I even had to dry some of my shopping when I finally got it in the house - and the shopping bags had to sit on top of the Aga to dry them off too! It has stopped raining now, but the quantity of water on the roads has to be seen to be believed. Glad to be staying in and watching the Commonwealth Games on TV - oh that weather!

Not too bad here , I’ve got the window wide open and the sea is calm.
My hip is still playing up , I’ve got an apt for check -up of knees next week so hope the doc will look at my hip.Old age eh xxxx

Dry day here after yesterday’s deluge. Went to Church this morning and we had our Easter Vestry afterwards so didn’t get home until 1 pm - starving. Had soup and toast as we have a curry and quiz night in the village pub tonight. Looking forward to that.

Nice sunny morning.
Hope to do a bit in the garden today.
Have a good day.

Glorious morning. Got two loads of washing dry, ironed and back in the airing cupboard - and the bed changed. Made a cake as I have visitors coming tomorrow evening and now I’m going to relax with box set of Peaky Blinders. Anyone else watched this? I’m hooked!

I loved Peaky Blinders Sue . I think Cillian Murphy is gorjus xxx
Fine morning but looks like rain . Going out for lunch if my hip behaves xx

Agree Jac, Cillian Murphy is scrumptious…
Grandsons and DIL just departed, awaiting arrival of Craft Club…

Drizzling this morning.
Met a friend for coffee(hot chocolate in my case)earlier, nice to have a catch up.
Granddaughter and little one coming later.
Have a good day.

Its chilly and damp here . Tesco came early today so I’ve got my stocks .
Managed to get to lunch yesterday so happy to be in today
Have a good one xx

What a horrible day - just like November! Went to Hereford, first time in ages, to Hobbycraft for some tapestry wool only to discover that they’ve stopped selling it. Then to Home Bargains for loads of things I didn’t know I wanted until I got there! Last evening at bowls club tonight - except for our annual dinner on 3rd May.

Lovely sunny morning-about time too.
Meeting a friend in Swansea for lunch then going to matinee performance of Evita in the Grand. Will be using park&ride much cheaper than parking in Swansea.
I do quite a bit of shopping in Home Bargains and B&M,good value especially the cleaning stuff.

Hope you enjoy Rhosyn xx
Much warmer today . I had to go for my B12 inj so took the bull by the horns and took my green mildewed car to the car wash . I was lucky , a special offer of half price so I had the dearest and it is looking much better. It was disgusting lol

I expect it looked like my caravan (which hasn’t moved for over 12 months) Jac, I swear if I stood still in our yard for long enough I would grown green!

Another horrible day and I discovered on going to bed last night that I had a large wet patch on the bathroom carpet. Couldn’t discover where the water was coming from and hardly slept thinking that the bathroom would have to be torn apart. Plumber arrived about 10.30 (by which time I had realised that the water was coming through the ceiling!) Up in the loft he discovered that the overflow pipe had broken of (why for heaven’s sake?) so it has been mended and I just hope the carpet hasn’t suffered too much. Will wait and see what the ceiling looks like when it dries out, may have to have a big makeover. :frowning:

Wonderful Evita yesterday-the whole production was terrific. The standing ovation at the end was well deserved.Loved David Essex as Che when he did it.
Staying in today-except a visit to get my meds from the chemist.
Have a good day.
