Well it stayed fine for lunch but a real storm starting up here. Time to batten down the hatches
What an awful stormy night.Had a power cut late evening that lasted about 15mts-the whole village was in darkness.
Wind has died down this morning,lots of branches blown down.
Got a bit of food shopping to do this morning,donāt feel like going out but need must.

The sun is out now and the waves are crashing ,looks lovely but I think there is some rain to come.My window really needs a clean but I think Iāll ignore it
We are having our electricity off tomorrow ,an hour in the morning and two hours in the afternoon so Iāll have to plan my day around it ,we do really rely on electricity donāt we

Sunshine and showers here all day. Shot down to Hay for some shopping, but horrified at the prices in the Coop compared with Aldi! Wonāt be going there again for a while - added to which I canāt find anything!

Was going to the bank to pay my Tesco bill but thought Iād try paying over phone , much easier so having a lazy one again !! .

Evening all! Back home after 2/3 days in the Vale of Glamorgan at a Ploughing Match. To say it was muddy is putting it mildly. (I wasnāt ploughing - just helping with the results and writing prize cards). Looking forward to a lie-in tomorrow morning before starting the washing machine up!
