Back from hectic weekend, christening yesterday and funeral this afternoon. A few hiccups along the way, but all went off OK in the end. Will be glad to put feet up on the mantelpiece this evening and look at the box.

Not a happy bunny. Went to have my ears syringed this morning in preparation for a hearing aid fitting on 18th. Due to a misunderstanding, waited for an hour, had them done and have ended up with one clean ear and one stone deaf, worse than when I went in. Have to go back NEXT WEEK at 8.45 am!!! Grrr!!!

Got loads of wax out of right ear (with finger) and now back to what I was before!! Thank goodness!!
Loads of washing done - and bedding ironed. I have one orange tomato and loads of little runner beans, few more days and theyāll be on my plate 
You should try a Hopi Candle Sue . You put it in ear and set light to it ,it sucks the wax out

Had lunch with Roses today and heard about all her adventures in Italy - sheās still sporting a delicate shade of green (bruise) on her cheek but says sheās all OK now. (Heard a lot about the dishy paramedic who looked after her and the Italian rugby fanatics who ran the X-ray dept in Lucca hospital!
I used one on my ex .Was a bit worried about setting it alight so had a bowl of water handy . It worked really well,couldnt believe how much wax came out

Right ear syinged at 8.45 am this morning - b. all in it after all that! Took Rob out shopping in Morrisons Leominster and it was quite a nice day, though not very warm. Chris arrived to stay with me this afternoon, he decided heās had enough of sheep for one day and his mother was still busy with them. Dad and Jamie were on the combine. Itās gone very grey and cold here now, autumn draws on methinksā¦

We came back from Aber on Tuesday, after spending another five lovely days there. We visited the step-daughter and her partner, then spent time in Aber, Ynis Hir, the DOP , Aberaeron, Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest and all surrounding areas. The weather was quite kind to us and we plan to go back very soon to see lots of birds again.
