Afternoon, Nice enough here but cooler than yesterday. Daughter and I made a flask of coffee and she drove us along to Strathy Bay, I sat on a bench while she took her dog along the sands and had a look at the caves. It felt strange being there without Dageus, my first time back in 11 months.
My arm is almost back to normal and that’s a relief, another couple of days should do it. Cough is clearing too but still hurts when it does .Another few days on the antibiotics should sort that out then maybe I can get my healthy life back.

Evening. It was a lot cooler here today than yesterday. Glad to hear that your on the mend. It must have felt strange going back to where you used walk Daegus. A quiet day here for me had my hair done then over to Braehead for a few bits and pieces. Have a good weekend.
Morning, Start of another week then, can’t see across the garden for thick fog, not been like this for a while. Another week of no pool, just not strong enough yet, can’t believe how weak and wobbly this has left me. Still I’m on the mend albeit it very slowly.
Morning. Sun is out here at the moment. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to get over some things. Going to try and get out and start tidying up the front garden. Then get the hoover out had to charge it last night.
Afternoon, Lovely day here been sitting out in a sheltered bit enjoying the sun. Arm is very nearly back to normal, and I’m feeling a bit more human today.
I leave the garden till the middle of April so the bees can get the dandelions, but the patio and drive get gutted then the pots cleared and the greenhouse cleaned up.
Just a salad and baked potato for dinner tonight as it’s easy, am going to have to cook up a load of meals for the freezer once I’m back on my feet, they’ve really gone down with Dunc having them the last couple of weeks, I’ve been living on toast.
Evening. Sunny here today although there is a cold wind out there. Haven’t been out in the garden yet, maybe next I’ll try and get out there.Had my hair and nails done today then went to M&S for food shopping. Went for something to eat while I was out so it saves me cooking tea tonight.
Evening, Been raining most of the day but the ground needed it. Not been outside at all just took my time doing small things around the house and had a nap this afternoon.
Have to see the practice nurse tomorrow for a checkup now the antibiotics are done, Dunc’s taking me as I don’t want to drive yet.
Evening. Been sunny here today but still that cold wind out there. Did a few things round the house this morning, that needed doing. Got the bus into town and had a look round the shops, and bought a dress in T.K. Max. Got a text this evening offering me an appointment in April for a dermotology problem. at Forth Valley.Been waiting since last June so said yes I want it fixed as soon as possible.
Afternoon, Blimey it’s chilly again. Had a check in with the nurse and she said she thinks this tiredness is because I was quite run down before getting the chest infection. She says it will clear on it’s own with rest and she gave me a course of vitamins to take.
Just small jobs around the place again today, went to see the clydes a while ago, lots of excited whinnying and looking for apples n carrots lol.
Evening. We’ve had rain here all day and its cold. Just caught the bus down to Aldi’s then home again, got out a throw and went for a nap. I take vitamins every day don’t know if they do me any good. Did some housework and then had lunch.
Afternoon, Sheeezzzee what a day, pouring rain and high winds. Caught up with all the inside jobs so it’s an afternoon with the audio book by the fire.
Evening. 'Didn’t go out till after lunch time because of the heavy showers, had the hairdressers then a bit of food shopping and the bus home.
Morning, Nice here had my morning latte outside at the table. It’s supposed to be 16 deg by lunch time, excellent. Starting to miss the pool but I know I’m not ready to return, I’d have real trouble getting back out up those steps. Dunc says maybe next week and he’s coming with me to see how I manage. Going to try to drive today, that’s going to be fun, but it would give me my independence back and I could get back to the beach to sit.
Afternoon. Got the cold woke with it Saturday morning. Have a massage tomorrow so will have to cancel that.Staying home today as I don’t really need anything, Hope the driving goes well today.
Morning, Not a bad day again. The driving was ok but I wouldn’t want to go too far, I took my latte to the front this morning I’ve missed my daily dose of the ocean. I was sitting there when I felt these eyes on me, never seen a seal at the Front before, they’re usually a wee bit along the coast.
Got a few jobs in the house this afternoon, and may try Tesco tomorrow.
Afternoon. Still have this rotten cold, I cancelled my hair and nail appointments. Glad the driving went well yesterday. Sun is out here so I’m going to get dressed and go for a walk,
Afternoon, Another nice day but a bit breezy for sitting outside. There’s a lot of cold/flu virus doing the rounds up here just now, nearly everyone is complaining about it, hope you get over it quick. All in all March has been a rotten month, took my latte to the front again and called in at Tesco on the way home for a few things, can’t believe how tired it made me…Grumble Grumble.
Afternoon. Thanks Rox. I’m taking cold and flu capsules and drinking plenty of water. Although the sun is out I don’t feel like going out and doing anything in the garden. Going out to the shops as I need bread and something for dinner.
Evening, Quite tired today I caught up with all the washing and ironing, it fair jiggered me but it’s done. I take Beechams Caplets for colds I find they’re best for me and a hot Beechams Menthol drink before bed. Hope your feeling a bit better today. Got the eye clinic tomorrow, just a quick check on the pressure behind my eyes, I had lazor treatment at the start of the year to reduce it, and they want to see how things are.
Morning. I’ve still got this cold and feeling tired and taking it easy. Got washing to hang out and that’s it for the day. Got the hairdresser later and I need my hair washing, you know the saying its like a plate of chips. Hope all goes well at the Eye clinic today.
