Good evening. Lovely day here as well May. Went for a massage today and could feel her working on all the knots in my muscles. Feel really relaxed and sleepy.

Good morning Allā¦Iām glad to say the BPPV which has stopped Me from getting out and about has finally gone thank goodness,have been doing the Brandt Doriff exercises every day for a while,so now Iām good to go gallivanting again,ā¦but not Today as itās bucketing down here and windy with it so will have to wait until Tomorrow,

Goodness May, Iāve had that twice now and it is truly horrible when you first wake upā¦ and try to sit up, never mind stand. I know how damn awful it can make you feel. The room spins dreadful.

Thatās it ā¦ apparently itās little crystals that get stuck rattling around in your inner ear and upset your balance.

Good evening. May I suffer from it occasionally especially if I sleep on my right side. Which I now avoid. Caught the bus to the local shopping centre got what I needed and caught the bus home.

It is cold. windy, and very wet here in Yorkshire !! And no jaunting to town - not that we rarely anyway. We get our groceries delivered to our door.
