Am waiting outside watching the yoga class before mine. They’re hardly moving, and yet everyone is red faced and pouring with sweat.

I’ve handed my £6 to reception, so there’s no going back now.

If anything happens Rox, then you can have my train set.

Tai chi … slow motion moving but great for balance and posture and strenghening … or is that pilates.

It’s quite pleasant really. The only thing was that I occasionally became befuddled. Moving 3-4 limbs in a sequence, sometimes simultaneously ain’t quite as easy as one thinks.

Early days, obviously, and I’ve got a few things I know need to look up on YouTube to practise with for a few minutes each day so that next week I’ll hopefully have improved a bit.

Edit- a few hours on, not feeling achy as such, but I do kinda feel a bit more reflective and at peace with myself. Makes one ponder.

Good morning. Been away for a few days with my friend to Teneriffe, it was lovely waking up to sunshine at 26 degrees. Now back to reality , hairdressers later then some food shopping.

Good morning, raining here this morning so its some housework for me. Rox haven’t seen a Harr for a few years.

Afternoon , Dry but very dark clouds today, heading out shortly for a stroll on the beach, getting a dose of Cabin Fever being in the house so much.
Jess did you get a lot of Harr before you moved? We get various degrees of it all year round, even in summer.

Rox sometimes we did but mostly it was quite clear. Waiting for my niece to pick me up to go out to dinner.

Morning. Didn’t really have many fireworks here, at all… Not very nice here today lots of grey skies, so just going to take it easy and be a couch potato.
