Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Have a great time Jess

I’m packed too ready for my 3 night stay in Stratford-upon-Avon tomorrow with my granddaughter … don’t think it’s going to be hot and sunny

Hi everyone , guess what , I’m not packed to go anywhere !
Hope you all have fun on your trips

Any news about the new arrival Abbey … ? You should be packing soon

Due in two weeks . Just waiting till something starts before we set sail . Got a few things laid out to take but will just probably pack in a hurry !

Any time now then

Hi everyone . Today I had a couple of nice walks then went swimming for the first time in ages .
Everything was fine until I got a phone call to say that a friend had been found dead . She was only 48 . Feeling very upset now . :frowning:

Oh dear Abbey that is sad news about your friend

Well done you going swimming … I can’t swim (not very well anyway and I can’t tread water) so it’s not something I ever do !!!

Granddaughter and I had a great time in Stratford-upon-Avon

Glad you had a great time Myrtle .

I mainly went to the pool to do some exercises in the water . My joints have been sore lately and the physio told me to exercise in the pool . I must say it was really good .

Hydrotherapy is proven to be beneficial for joint problems … keep up the good work

Grey miserable day here . Hoping to go out for a coffee later .

Better weather today . Went my Ardwell pond walk today . The Bluebells are having their turn of showing off their beauty . The scent was terrific .
Must take my camera next time .

Bluebells are so lovely

Afternoon Each…not a bad one here after a heavy frost this Morn’…looks like we’ll be back to boots & scarves over the next week or so,x
