Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Your ex lives in an aquarium Myrtle???..is He a shark or a lobster?

Och I thought Everyone knew I was a posh Burd as I no longer keep the coal in the bath :-p

Tut May !!! Of course my ex doesn’t live in an aquarium  He lives in Bolton … the town I visited … but I did look out for an old trout whilst I was walking round the town … an apt description of his wife

I consider myself to be a bit posh these days … I’ve got an inside loo and got rid of my tin bath :-p

I thought keeping coal in the bath was posh ! Thought we all had to have cleaner fuel

boom boom :041:

Good Morning Each, not a bad one here but every day’s a good one when it’s not raining and I can get out for a good walk,

Had to laugh at Your description of Your exs Wife Myrtle…an old trout…heh heh heh…see Ya All later,x

Good morning from bright and sunny Macclesfield

Good morning everyone . Quite a nice day so far so that’s good .
Busy day for me , going to collect some items I bought in a charity auction .
Then a lovely walk with my dogs .
After that not so good, got the vet for my dog to get her routine blood test for hypothyroidism. As if that wasn’t bad enough after that I have to go to the Doc . I have a sore back which has been sore for months .
I have put off going for months as I absolutely hate going to the Doctor but now I feel I must go .
Will let you know later if I survive !!

Survived the Doctor , to go for physio which sounds ok to me

That’s good news Abbey at least You weren’t fobbed off with a script for pain-killing drugs…They’ll probably start You off with stretching exercises which I have to do every Morn’ before I can straighten up fully (OA of spine)…My youngest G/D is training to be a physio and She’s amazed at just how many Patients who needed treatment every day…so leave the gardening and heavy lifting to Your OH until You’re really fit

Good evening everybody. Abbey I hate going to the doctor’s as well. Cant remember the last time I was there. May hope you enjoyed your walk today. Another dry and sunny day here. Met my niece and her daughter today for lunch.

Good morning Each,it’s a fine sunny frosty one here so off for a brisk walk to see if it will get rid of this touch of sciatica on My left buttock before it gets any worse …have a good one Folks,x

Morning May nowt worse than sciatica, walking used to help mine. Sunny and cold down here but like yourself im offski into thee wwwilderness with the camera.

Enjoy your day folks.

Good morning May and Nom. May hope your walk helps your sciatica. Nom enjoy your trip into the wilderness. Blue skies here at the moment so I’ll probably have a walk later.

Good morning

Hope Abbey and May soon feel better

Ta Folks,I think I’ve headed it off from travelling further down the leg, brisk walk,10 min’ battering on My spine in the shower…I know what caused it as I used to get it often, this time it was sitting too long at this lap-top yesterday,so it’s getting un-plugged for a couple of days…have a great day Nom & Everyone, see Ya all soon,x

Hi everyone . Like you May I don’t think sitting around heps my back . See you when you get back from being unplugged .

Been out today for lunch and took an elderly friend for her shopping .

Hope I do get exercises to do May . I’m quite happy to try and help myself if someone tells me what to do

May chat to you when you get back. Abbey I felt my back really sore after Christmas when I had been sitting around quite a bit.

Gardening has just been rained off but got half and hour done . Trying not to sit around too much . Trying to keep my back moving .

Hope everyone is ok and looking forward to the weekend .

Hi everybody. Cold and grey here today. Went to the hairdressers then into town for some shopping.
