Morning, Dull and cloudy here again but again that’s fine. Lots to catch up on round here. Am away to mix up another big bottle of weed killer to soak the wee buggers that I can’t get loose. I’ve then got all the tubs and baskets to water and if the grass dries out then it’s a hair cut for the 3 lawns after lunch. Enjoy your day.
Good morning ladies…Sunny here this morning so its the butchers and then some gardening this afternoon. Roxy I’ve been watering the grass every night to try and stop it turning brown.

My outside tap has stopped working for some reason,so I’m having to use a watering can traipsing in & out of the kitchen,
The Clan are away up North in Their campervans for 2 weeks holidays so I’m all alone,
wonder what I can get up to :-p

Afternoon all. Still nice and sunny here. Maybe a shade cooler. Son took me into Hamilton for a couple of things this morning before it got too hot.
Relaxing reading doing crossword now. Will go for my walk much later when it is cool.

Good evening ladies. Another hot one here today, and the usual long wait for the ferry. Last I heard it was one and half hours. Went to the butchers and sat outside for a while and then sat in the shade.
Morning, This is suppose to be the last dry day for a while, oh well I’m not too bothered but wish it would just cool down a bit more.
Put the telly on for the News an hour ago and still glued as the diving is on. I used to do this when I was a teen and I’m glued, dog has not been out and I have not had my coffee. Lol. Think it’s going to be a day of doing nowt but watching the diving. Just WOW the stuff the girls are doing is fabulous. BTW, GB is up with the top divers…Yeah.

Good Morning Each…pheeww!..another scorcher…finished cutting the front,back,side grass,now sitting with My feet in a basin of cold water,lol,…no diving in swimming pools for Moi 
…Will finish My library book under the parasol then go into Town to change them on Tuesday when it’s to be much cooler…

Good evening everyone. Snap May got up early did the grass and the weeding and pruning. Too hot to do it later.
Got a pool for the G/kids coming tomorrow. I know the weather is going to change but will have it if we get more good weather and if not will put it away for next year.
Was going to have a prawn salad but decided to make a prawn curry instead . I have been feeling a bit stuffed up during this heat have had asthma since I was 3. Last night couldn’t get to sleep for it so I hope the curry will loosen my tubes up, enjoy your evening everyone.
Good evening ladies it was hot here again today. Did some food shopping and gardening. Then sat and did a few crosswords in the shade. Bonnie good idea to have a curry, there’s nothing like a curry to clear the tubes. Going to water the garden then go for a walk.
Morning, Well it’s at least 10degs cooler this morning and rain’s not too far away. Not complaining as it means I can start to get back into my routine again. Just leaving for my swim and a quick call into Tesco on the way back for a few things. Then off with the dog, if it’s raining then we can head into the forest as the thick growth of leaves keeps a lot of the place dry. Depending on the weather as to what this afternoon brings.

I haven’t been for a walk for a wee while,nor have I done any excercising except in the garden…must get back to some kind of routine soon…I’ll bet You all have a lovely golden tan by now:cool:
No May not me, I used to get so brown as I was always sunbathing but not now. 
I tried an afternoon out a, week ago but it landed me in bed feeling quite ill. Can’t handle the sun like I used to so I stay pale but interesting. 
Lol…I’m taking the Docs advice about spending just 15mins in the sun every day to get My quota of vit’ D…the rest of the time I’ve been hiding in the House or under the parasol…but I do have quite a nice wee bit o’ colour…which of course will just become wrinkles in the Winter

I take a vit d tablet every day, been doing it about 8 months now. It’s done my hair a lot of good too, grows like crazy now lol. I am out with the dog every day so I do get some sun, just hate it when it’s too hot and unrelenting. Early mornings and the evenings are my outside times.

Good morning ladies. I’m another one who stays mostly in the shade, but do sit out in the sun for a wee while. I take cod liver oil capsules every day, did take centrium but not been in Boots to buy them. Hairdressers then another bit of gardening in the back garden.
