Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Good evening ladies. Slabs all done and plant pots back in place. Sat outside with a book and my shorts on suncream and my hat. Still really warm out there will have to water the plants. Need milk so will to Tesco and get some, no doubt it will still be busy out there.

got garden bench painted, the sat out in the sun

Hope you waited for the paint to dry Paula

already the sun’s out, looks like another glorious day, hope you all make the most of it

Morning ladies (and Scot). Another lovely morning! Hopefully will manage to get through to the east coast and visit our daughter today. Have lunch outside and a wander through the park. Enjoy your day everybody!

Good morning ladies. Hi Scott long time since you posted, hope your keeping well. Paula enjoy the sunshine. Pixie enjoy visiting your daughter today and lunch outside. Want to get some more plants today for the back garden, then relax in the sunshine.

Afternoon, I’m just heading away back to bed. Think I had too much sun yesterday, feel very sick n dizzy with no energy since I woke up. And to think I used to spend hour after hour lying out in the sun. :frowning:

Good afternoon Folks, and what a gorgeous hot one it is
fab’..
Cleaned the paths front & back with the deck scrubber first thing,
now lounging in back garden listening to Classic FM with the water feature trickling away In the background
bliss

Hope You feel better soon Rox.x

Afternoon all. Went up the Clyde Valley to get some plants. Got 3 hanging baskets and another lupin. Need plants for 3 big tubs. Would like some sweet peas but don’t know if they can grow in tubs. Will look it up on Tinternet! Happy sun bathing everybody. Hope you feel better Roxy.

Good evening ladies. Roxy hope you feel better. I now wear a hat sitting in the sun. Got some plants and put them in and gave them a feed. Going out to water the plants, waiting on a new hose coming.

Roxy hope your feeling better today, it’s a rotten feeling
not doing much today, just had my Asda order delivered, hope the sun’s shining where you all are, and enjoy it whatever you’re doing

Afternoon All, Yes thanks I’m much better today, slept around the clock. Been to the park with the dog and saw a wee doggie attacked by the father swan for heading towards the cygnets. It was lucky it got away in one piece. Not doing anything outside this afternoon just a lazy day in the house.

Good Afternoon Folks, another glorious one here but haven’t done anything except tidy up since I went to Tesco first thing this morning,

I see Glasgow is moving from level 3 to level 2 this weekend
well
good luck with that
I don’t intend travelling any more than a few miles from My Home Town until Everyone has been vaccinated,so I guess Glasgow/Edinburgh won’t be seeing Me for another year or two
or even longer
who knows
Enjoy the sun while it lasts Lassies,
We’ve waited long enough for it to shine

Good evening ladies. Another lovely sunny day here. One of nieces is down for a few days and we went over to Millport. She cycled round the island and I sat and read my book.

Just to let you know I’ll be away from the forum for a while

Hope everything is ok with you Roxy! See you when you get back.

I like Millport, Jess, its nice and quiet. You had a lovely day for it - were the ferries busy? My trip to Edinburgh went well yesterday
I forgot to update. We had lunch (my first-time eating out since lockdown 1 last year!) and wandered round the shops.

afternoon ladies, another glorious day, will be picking our grandson up from school this afternoon
enjoy whatever you’re up to

Good evening ladies. Roxy hope everything is ok. Pixie the Ferry wasn’t to bad yesterday. I’ve not been to Edinburgh for about two years, when I went to the Christmas market. Paula hope you enjoyed picking up your grandson. I went for a hot stone massage today and really enjoyed it.

Jess, what do they actually do when you have a hot stone massage? I asked my friend, and she just said to go and try it for myself (very mysteriously!), so I’m asking someone sensible, haha! Is it relaxing, and do they move the stones around your body?
