Good evening ladies. Lovely sunny day here yesterday, so I tidied up the garage and a bit of gardening. Wanted to go into Glasgow today but it was to wet. So a quick visit to the shops and then some housework.
Morning, Dry but cool here this morning. No sign of a let up in tourists yet, thought they would have thinned out by now now with the English schools gone back. 
Usually itās returned to peace n quiet by now, but not this year. 
Going to work on cutting back all my big shrubs today and a clean out in the greenhouse.
Good Afternoon Each,ā¦been doing the same with some shrubs here too,also dug out a load of tatties from the pots and been busy the past few days cooking for the freezerā¦soups,curry/bolognese saucesā¦fish/cottage/steak piesā¦so filling up the freezers as I feel Lanarkshire will be put back into lockdown soon along with certain areas of Glasgow.:twisted:ā¦I could cheerfully kick the arses of Those who donāt give a shit about the rules therefore putting Us older Folks at greater risk againā¦Itās going to be a rather lonely Autumn/Winter this year,so have bought/borrowed lots of books to keep Me occupiedā¦roll on next Spring when hopefully things will have improvedā¦
Ach May, I was wondering about the semi lockdowns and if you and Jess would be caught up in that, being as you both go into Glasgow a lot.
These youngsters seem to think their bomb proof, and just do what the hell they want. Youād think theyād have some senseā¦But no, itās me me me.

Morning, Not long back from the beach with the dog, finishing off outside this morning while I can as weāre due to get drenched later on.
I know it sounds bad of me but, Iām sick of seeing all these idiots on the News saying thereās no virus and refusing to mask up and obey the rules. IMHO they are the ones who should get the virus and I hope they go through hell with it. If they want to dieā¦FINE, but stay away from the rest of us.

Jess, As far as I can see they are starting to panic over more people wanting independence. The Tories will do and say anything to stop that, but this sort of spite just puts people backs up and turns the public against them.
Morning, Boy itās gotten chilly overnight, it was only showing 4degrees on my cars temp dial when I was driving to the woods with the dog.
Into Town for the shopping this morning and nothing planned for the afternoon, hopefully it will be online jigsaw, hot choccy and a few chapters of my audio book.

Good evening ladies. The day was going reasonably. I noticed my front hubcap/wheel trim was missing yesterday so had a set fitted then popped in to lidls for some odds & ends. Just before dinner tonight I found the shower was leaking water quite heavily. Fortunately itās contained within the shower enclosure so not too much hassle. Except taking the cover off to find what the problem is resulted in water spraying all over. Asked someone for the phone number of a plumber they had use recently & Iāve sent a text. They wouldnāt probably come out until tomorrow (at least I hope it will be tomorrow) but a pain. Need to turn the water off at the main for now. Rothesay sounds like a good plan Jess. I feel it is getting a bit chillier Roxy. Rather you than me walking the dog early morning. Take care ladies. I wonder what tomorrow will bring me - my 3rd trouble?
Morning, Cold and wet this morning think summer has waved bye bye for this year. Beki Iām an early bird, always have been. Before the Virus I was in the pool for 7am to do my lengths, it set me up for the day.
Hope youāve got your water problem sorted, thereās nothing worse.

Good evening ladies. Shower fixed and the bathroom certainly has had a good wash, walls & floor! Plumber is quoting me for a new shower & a couple of radiators I would like changed. He said I would need to renew the shower in the longer term so, this way, he knows what I want done & he will fit me into his work schedule. Hope the weather improves for your weekend Jess. Roxy Iām usually awake early but like to have a leisurely breakfast. I enjoyed aquafit at 9 am as it was a good start to the day. Anything later and it has used up the entire morning. Iām nor planning anything for the weekend, I need to save myself for my gym session booked for Monday. I hope to book another, if I survive, and would like to have at least 2 (hopefully more) each week. I know I should do more sessions when we are restricted in other ways but I will take it slowly. Have good weekend.

Awww May what a bloody scunner. Iām hoping it doesnāt happen up here but we still have a heap of tourists all bringing their germs with them and not wearing masksā¦It will end up a nation wide lockdown if the covoidiots donāt quit with their nonsense.
Sun then showers here along with a terrific wind. Going to put the bedding out as itāll dry real quickā¦as long as it stays on the ropes.
