Morning, Feeling very sad this morning, went along the front after my swim to see if it was safe to take Dageus back down on the beach. Found some of the massive waves that came over the wall have destroyed one of my favourite seats, I often used to sit there and watch the sun set.
Good afternoon. Roxy the waves come right over here as well in the storms. There is seaweed and stones along the prom. They are predicting another storm here at the weekend , just what we donāt need. Turned out a lovely afternoon here after a few showers, but still a cold wind.
Morning, Oh Boy itās chilly out there and pouring with rain. Had my swim and called into get the messages on my way home. Just got to take dog for his walk then Iām in for the rest of the day. Getting a bit fedup with this now. Roll on Spring.
Good morning, we had more snow overnight. Its not lying thank goodness. Iām getting fed up with it, Going to do some food shopping to fill up the freezer for the weekend.
Eveninā all,hub was delivered this afternoon but had a helluva job connecting to the internet,thought I must be doinā summit wrong,but SIL had a go too with no joy,Their phones couldnāt get a wifi signal,so knew it was VMs faultā¦thinking of packing it in altogether as I had a few days reading and catching up with other things while I was offlineā¦this internet and some of the crap posted on this site just makes Me feel like buggering off and doing more interesting stuffā¦thereās more to life than sitting on My arse on here reading shit :twisted::shock:
And the ads are backā¦canāt remember how I got rid of them beforeā¦will have a look in add-ons.
May if you remember how to get rid of them please post how to do it. Iāve got more ads than posts, drives me nuts. Glad you got sortedā¦Finally.

If you were to download AdBlocker (from the link I gave in previous post) you wouldnāt lose out on viewing You Tube videos on here, you could have the best of both worlds! Itās easy enough to disable AdBlocker should it be necessary, some websites do object to it.
Hope Storm Dennis is not too bad for all of you in Scotland, I know from others in your part of the world that your weather is often far worse than ourās ādown southā.
Morning, Really cold, wet, n miserable in Perth this morning. The wind is starting to kick off again too. I was going back up north for the next 10 days till my next Doctorās Appointment at the end of the month, but the roadās really bad with snow in Drumochter and flood water coming off the hills from Golspie up. Sooooo Iād better stay here for the time being, incase I canāt get back. Only got the wee polo with me not one of the 4x4s.

Good evening everybody.Roxy hope you donāt have any problems when your driving. May I donāt know what Iād do without broadband. Heavy rain again here this morning and I forgot to get a tv guide. Will walk up and get one in case I cant get out tomorrow.
Thatās exactly what I did May. I now use (Three) my phone network to power the Internet and itās much better than VM and less than half the price. Better still you just plug in the hub and away you go, if you go on holiday just take it with you and plug it in wherever. If you have a good phone signal at your home then youāll be fine, next time your in town call into a Three Shop and talk it through with them. I only pay Ā£17 a month for the best Internet I have ever had.

Hi Roxy,I must look into that but Iāve had cable tv/phone since I moved into this new build 16 yrs ago,so have it on My living room tvā¦have freeview in My bedroom tv which is dodgy at timesā¦hey hoā¦time will tellā¦Weāre so dependent on broadband/wifi now and never have paper bills any more,but sometimes Iād like to be back to the way it once was as this is the main thing in My life which causes Me any stress!!..I tested My blood pressure a couple of times since the end of Decā and it was highā¦first time everā¦jeeze!..ok rant over.

Good morning.Raining here so I wont be going out the door. Roxy no snow here thank goodness. May when I got a new hub my niece installed it. I then got a call from BT to say it wasnāt working, the guy came out and installed a socket and its now running fine.

I donāt have a BT landline Jessie,itās cable,and My broadband hasnāt anything to do with the phoneā¦That link looks good Roxy,but Iād probably still need to pay VM for My phone & tv,so wouldnāt be much better off pricewiseā¦I also hate changing stuff around like Utility Providersā¦must be an age thing as I get nervous just thinking about it :shock: Iāll bet You never took Me for the nervous type,most People think Iām always calm cool & collected
I used to be with VM when I lived in Perth full time, I had the Phone, TV, Internet all for Ā£30 a month. The price went up, n up, n up until I said ENOUGH. I got shot of the phone and the TV AND I was still paying Ā£32 for the internet only. WTH?.. I had a booster put on my outside ariel and got lots n lots of Freeview Channels and I bought a record box too. When VM wanted to up my internet price again I said NO, I knew about the Three internet as my daughter had it, I went and got it myself I get it for the Ā£17 as Iāve been a customer for yonks with my phone, it should be Ā£22 a month but if your already with them you get the discount.
