Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Good morning everybody. Frosty and sunny here, makes a change from the rain. Getting my nails done, then going into Glasgow for a few things.

Good Afternoon Each,it’s a fine chilly sunny one here and just back from a yomp around Bothwell Castle with Daughter, snowdrops everywhere so Spring aint far off…have a good weekend all and keep warm xx

Good morning everybody. Heavy frost here last night, will wrap up warm as I want to go for a walk later. May haven’t seen any snow drops here yet. I’ve daffs coming through in the back garden.

SW England : frosty this morning but now it’s warming up look’s like its going to be a terrific day.

Good Afternoon Lassies,a chilly but dry one here so pleasant for walking,…been a yomp to the cemetery to visit the Family and tidy up the graves, something I very rarely do but had a dream last night I was in My Grannies old Miners cottage blethering with Her and My Mum and Aunties,We were all laughing at something and that’s when I woke up,it was so real…Roasting a chicken for lunch and listening to some CDs from the 60s,…nostalgia…have a good one Folks.xx

Afternoon :039: It’s a cold one here too, but dry underfoot and good for walking. Had a forest walk with The dog then home, been busy doing nothing ever since…

Good morning everybody. May sometimes dreams can seem so real at times. A gorgeous day here yesterday with a gorgeous sunset. Meeting friends in town today for coffee and a chat.

Good Morning Each, aye there was a glorious sunset last night Jessie and I’d hoped it would be a fine sunny day today, but it’s grey and freezing cold out so housework and washing for Me.have clothes out on the line but don’t have much hope of them drying…have a good one Folks,xx

Afternoon :039: Just back from a beach walk, sunny but cold wind. The ocean’s calming but still a bit choppy out there. Got the greenhouse opened up to give the shrubs wintering in there a bit of air. Getting on with the housework after lunch then maybe an hour or so on here with a jigsaw.

Good Afternoon People, another grey chilly one here again and I’ve been awake since daft o’clock this Morning being jolted awake by another dream where Robert De Niro took Me and My Late Sis’ to a big fancy party where We were drinking champagne (which I hate)…I got lost and couldn’t find Them so came Home on the bus on My Own …wonder what I’ll dream of tonight

Good afternoon May, and to everyone in Scotland of course, just peeking in and saw you posting.

Good Evenin’ Baz,…x rated?..nah…I don’t fancy De Niro…He’s too old for Me :-D…I’m hoping it will be Tom Selleck…or even You Baz…well …it IS leap year Ye know

Good Afternoon Folks,a dreich but very mild one here Today, just back from a walk to the co-op for fresh fruit n veg, then had to get the ladders out to put new light bulbs in My kitchen, one went out yesterday, the other today…thought those energy saver bulbs were supposed to last for 10 yrs!

Och Baz,ye have to wear a kilt to go with the sporran so I hope Ye don’t have nobbly knees :-p

No dreams last night Jessie and I slept like a Baby for 9 hours, thank goodness…I’m too auld for a’ that excitement

Good afternoon May and all those in Scotland.

I might already be wearing a kilt for all you know May!

I’ve got two ā€˜dodgy’ knees though, arguing with cars when riding a motorcycle it’s always guaranteed who is going to be the loser!

Good morning Each, quite a sunny mild one here atm but rain expected,

just pottering about tidying cupboards/drawers and having a wee jig now and then to some music on the radio,

I too have dodgy knees Baz which cause pain, even the titanium one!..nothing to do with motorbikes though,

Talk of kilts reminds Me of the rhyme We used to chant when skipping rope as Kids ā€˜Kiltie kiltie cauld bum’ :-p

Enjoy this mild weather Folks as it’s to change next week to gales, rain, snow…joy of joys

Morning May and all in Scotland too (well, a little late but the thought’s there)!

Yes, I have heard that knee replacements can be painful May, hope your’s is not too bad. Pain from knees must be some of the worst, any movement can be agony. The only thing that seemed to help mine was when I had to lose some weight to avoid Type 2 diabetes, that worked and continues to do so, touch wood!

Not a Rock Chick then May!
