Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Good Morning Folks,it’s a white cold frosty one here but I won’t be venturing out for quite some time as My eye and the right side of My face
is a lovely shade of purple.black & blue, will get the sutures/dressings removed by the GP practice nurse in a weeks time, just hope I don’t get an infection…I won’t know if I need more surgery until the pathology report comes back in around 8 weeks time, can just cross My fingers…Keep warm Lassies, and thanks for Your good wishes :049: xxx

Good morning everybody. Frosty here at the moment as well May. Hope you managed to get some sleep last night, and your not in any pain. Hairdressers then a bit of shopping later.

Morning, Sunny here but heavy frost last night so the ground is good for walking. Glad your home May, fingers crossed that’s it all over now.

Good Morning Each,it’s a lovely sunny frosty one here at the moment, perfect for a long brisk yomp, but I can’t risk it as My right eye is totally closed now and I look as if I’ve been 10 rounds with Mike Tyson …so I’ll have to be content with the ex’ bike…can’t even have a shower or wash My hair 'til the dressings are removed as they have to be kept dry… have a good weekend Folks and keep warm.xx

Happy St Andrew’s day one and all

Good morning everybody. Weather the same here this morning May. Going to the butchers later as I hate supermarket meat. Then out with my neighbours later.

It’s still sunny & freezing here, fab’ for raking up the rest of the leaves, another garden bin full…most of the trees are almost bare now so think that’ll be the last…I love this kind of day when everything is sharp and clear…exhilerating

Happy St.Andrews Day.

A Happy St.Andrews Day to you all…

Thankyou Rhosyn and Mags.

Toodles. :039:

Good Morning Each,it’s a white-out here with freezing fog/frost -3 but no sun yet,so not sticking My nose out the door…Have a good Sunday all and keep warm.xx

Good morning May and to all in Scotland – it’s me again catching you posting just as I peek in!

Cold here ‘down south’ too so keep as warm as possible. Today is the first of the month so if it applies in Scotland ‘White Rabbits’ and all that too you.

One good thing though even on this cold day, each day including this one is another day closer to spring 2020!

Hi Baz,no,We don’t say ‘white rabbits’ in this part of the World,in fact the first time I heard that expression was from Our Welsh Friends in SZ many years ago…so ‘white rabbits’ to You & them on this 1st Day of December

I’m bored bored bored, missing My yomps & gallivantin’,…have a chicken curry cooking, but no appetite as always happens after anaesthetic…oh well…roll on next Spring

South West England is so cold at the moment, woke up to a heavy frost but it’s getting warmer and looks like it could be a nice day.

No saying ‘white rabbits’ in Scotland then, I bet there’s something else though, perhaps the other one ‘pinch and a punch’? The days of SZ – that was a while ago now wasn’t it. The chicken curry sounds nice, shame you’ve no appetite for it. Hope you are soon over whatever procedure was necessary for an anaesthetic and back to your yomping and gallivantin’ ready to enjoy spring 2020!

Good afternoon everybody. Frosty here this morning, so will get out later for a walk. I don’t mind the weather like this but I hate wind and rain. Trying to get into doing some housework round here.

Morning, Mild and muggy here today with a lot of showers. :frowning: Not setting foot outside again either today, been downloading a load of new audio books so myself, book, and jigsaw will be settling in for an afternoon on the computer.

Good evening everybody. Not as cold here today as it was at the weekend. Went to Braehead today and met my niece and her son and got their presents sorted. Plus another present for another nephew, so a few more things to get and I’m finished.
