Here we go, this morning’s sunrise from Thurso Beach, Rising over Scrabster…
Now for a big glass of water and lime juice, then it’s off to the pool for my lengths. 
Good Morning early bird,fab sunrise…it’s a bit dull here at the mo’ but warm sunshine promised for later on…I’ve been sniffling & sneezing since I woke up so not sure if I have a cold or hayfever…will hang washing out on the line then I think I’ll have a hot lemon drink and go back to bed for an hour…enjoy the sunshine Folks wherever You are,xx

Good morning everybody. Sun is out here at the moment, so one lot of washing will be going out shortly. One of my nieces is coming down and were going out for some lunch.
Good Afternoon Folks,aye it’s hot alright…26c here…but I’m not able to enjoy much of it as My sniffles have turned into a hacking chesty cough so I’m not feeling too good…trust Me to get a chest infection in June after looking forward to some sunbathing all Month

I’ve spent most of the week with My head over a steaming bowl of water with menthol crystals added and a couple of steamy showers a day to loosen the gunk from My chest,it seems to have worked but still feeling a wee bit weak.

Afternoon All, Just back from a hoof up river with the dog and my new zoom for the camera, had a good time snaping away at anything and everything. Going to upload to the computer after lunch and see how things went. Then I just might give the back lawns a cut, if the sun’s still out.
Evenin’ All,a sunny windy one here so got the bedding washed and dried out on the line then went to the City for a wee bit o’ retail therapy…still a bit short of breath but not coughing any more thank goodness,it was exhausting.
Seems to be a helluva lot of bickering going on in the rest of the Site…it’s getting worse…just can’t be arsed logging on

Had a busy day myself, tired now, just lazing as it’s boys night down the local. Faffing about with the dart board and gibbering tosh, you know typical male bonding. 
Seems we are back to just us three again, don’t think new ones like us. 
I’m still around - just not got much to say with this weather being so absolutely awful! Just home from my mosaics class and catching up on Trawlermen - Celebs at Sea! Been skipping the rest of the forum so not been logging in as much and trying to fill my time with learning how to use this dslr and life in general.
