Evening Ladies, feeling a bit more human today, but still slept a lot. Sun’s been out all day and it looked lovely through the window but the wind is freezing. We’re at the W/E again, it seems to come round so fast, no plans except to get better and back on my usual track next week.
Good morning everybody, a bit grey here at the moment. Roxy glad to hear your feeling better. Weather was the same here yesterday. I was in Glasgow and caught an early train home. Some housework and shopping for me today.

Afternoon All, What a difference a day makes eh… The wind has finally dropped and it’s lovely in the sun, raised my spirits no end. Got back to the pool this morning so pleased that I’m back in the saddle so to speak, and after walking the dog just faffed about outside. 
Good evening everybody. Still a cold wind but the sun did make an appearance. Met my friends and enjoyed our coffee and chat. A few good programmes on television tonight thank goodness.
Morning, Had to get up I just couldn’t get back to sleep and a I hate tossing n turning. Meant to be another nice day again so after lunch I’m planning another date with the lawn mower, swimming, dog walking, and grocery shopping this morning. Ach Well, no rest for the wicked lol. Hope May is ok not seen her for a few days.

Have been concentrating on losing the half stone I’ve gained over the Winter,so the laptop was unplugged for a while, I also got back to more exercising and cut out bad carb’s…so far so good 
I’m sure you’ll lose it quickly enough.
Bright here but a bit chilly.
Well that’s the lawns all cut and I’m shattered :shock: Heading to relax in a nice long hot shower for a while, then armchair, book and a Latte for me…I’ve earned it. :twisted:
Good evening everybody. A cold wind here this morning and now the sun is out. Met my niece and her two grandsons for lunch. They are 12 and 13 and getting tall and their voices changing. I even got a cuddle from the two of them.
Morning All, Lovely and sunny again here today, but quite a frost overnight. Another day for me hitting the garden and knocking it back into shape. Heading away up the beach shortly with the dog as the wind’s died right down…bliss. Enjoy your day now.
