Over 50's Club Scotland (Part 1)

Morning Folks, off into Glasgow to spend My Birthday vouchers, can’t believe I’m 76  .

Have a great time in the sun in Tenneriffe Jessie.

I won’t return for a very long time.if ever,as I’ve just about had a bellyful of the England uber alles clique who now dominate this Site…Hope the pain in Your leg improves Roxy…bye All xx

May!! I think I may be responsible for the latest outbreak of anti Scots bile on the political forum. I can’t help winding them up sometimes. Please accept my sincere apologies if I’ve caused you any upset. I should borrow your emoji and zip it for a while. In the words of the old song, “Please don’t go…”

Good morning everybody. May. Happy Belated Birthday. Hope you bought yourself lots of goodies yesterday. Deek, hope oor May comes back as well. Meeting my niece later today for lunch, then some packing for my holidays.

A late Good Morning to you, just out the pool and away home for some lunch. Had my Xrays done yesterday but have to see my GP for the results. Not a bad day here, sunny but windy. Have a nice day all.

Good morning everybody. Roxy hope you don’t wait to long for your results. Hairdressers, then meeting a friend for lunch in town. Still have to finish packing for tomorrow.

Hellooo answers the echo. Hope your still around May, and hope your having a good time Jess. I’m back home and will phone for my results then see what’s what with the hips. It’s turning colder again, just as I was getting used to it being spring like, but tomorrow is March and the clocks change this month. We’ll heading to bed need more sleep. Talk soon… I HOPE. XX.

MORNING!!! Just incase anyone’s around. Turned right cold again this morning  I’m back to my heavy fleece again, instead of one of my lighter Hoodies.
Not a lot on today and as I’m still tired from the drive back, I’m hoping for a wee sleep this afternoon.

Have you seen this May? Battle Lines will be drawn again.:027:

Good Morning Roxy (just)…good to see You’re back Home again…I bet Himself was glad of that

I’ve given up on there being another indi’ ref’ as long as the torrid tories are in power…but…never say die

Morning May, It’s really quite cold here again today, with the promise of heavy rain and storm winds…Oh Joy.
I would like another Indy Ref but not just now, too much going on with Brexit. I think that needs to be sorted and working first. I think the new currency plan before a ref may work as it was a big part of losing last time thanks to the Westminster Muppets. If she calls another ref then it has to happen this time or that will be it finished for a long time, so I’d rather it was wanted by most before it was called.

Good Morning Roxy,a mild cloudy one here but rain forecast for afternoon,

I’m sick to the back teeth with politics now as I expect most of the Country is, so another Indy ref’ isn’t on My agenda…I hope not to see another voting station for quite some time, and of course it will depend if the SNP is still in power at Holyrood…My brain hurts just thinking about the crap We’d have to face again.…Bring back the Bawbee  :-p

Morning Each, not sure if Jessies back from Her hol’s?

'Twas a very wild wet n windy night here last night, but calmer now and everything in the garden is as it should be

Morning May, I was up most of the night, couldn’t sleep with all the noise of the wind and rain. Back fence is still there, the wind must have been blowing in the opposite direction. Himself is away on the rounds just now checking all the buildings and fences for storm damage. Am just away with the dog as it’s stopped raining, but no cliff top walks the day lol.

Morning May, Just about ready to leave for my swim, it will be a struggle to do 50 today as I am only just going back to regular swims. Not just here and there like it was in Perth. I’m phoning for my xray results this afternoon, quite nervous about it so keep your fingers crossed for me eh.
Have a nice day.

Good Morning Roxy,it’s a fine sunny calm one here,

I do hope all is well with the x ray results and I’m crossing My fingers it will be so…take it easy for a wee while in the pool until You get Your strength back fully.x

Morning May, Had to scrape the ice off the car before I left for the pool earlier. Not a job I like and I had hoped that it was over for this Winter…Seems not, Sigh.
The xray results are clear, no arthritis in the hips but a bit of wear n tear in the lower back, I knew about that as it’s often achy but now I’ve no idea why the legs sore. :102: I suppose I’ll just have to stick with the pain killers and hope it sorts it’s self out.
Oh Well, have a nice day girlfriend…

Good Morning Roxy,so glad there’s no arthritis in Your leg, could be muscle pain/inflammation?..maybe time to slow down a bit Girl :-p…I have pain on the bone at top of My left shoulder, can move My arm up and down, but not across My chest, don’t know if it’s arthritis…Daughter brought Me voltarol gel which helps,so I’m hoping it’s just muscle pain too…it’s also taking Me longer to get Myself moving every morning…jeeze…auld age is a pain in the arse…heh heh…that’s about the only place I DON’T have pain …Not going near the Quacks though, will keep up with the stretching exercises and cross My fingers.

Morning, What a day rain rain and more rain, going to have to go to the woods for the dogs walk as it’s the only place with a bit of shelter.
I also have a tube of voltarol gel May but it doesn’t do anything for me. I got a spray in Tesco called “Deep Freeze” and I like that much better. Oh Well, have a nice…if wet day Byeeee. :039:

Good morning Roxy, aye it’s a grey dreich wet one here too,so not venturing out anywhere,

I’ve tried every spray/rub under the sun,but nothing helps with the joints,so I’m thinking the pain in My shoulder is in the muscle if voltarol helps ease it.

I was dreaming of funerals last night,jeeze!..woke up with tears running down My face …I was in the middle of it all telling Everyone what a shambles it was …wonder what that all meant!

Good morning everybody. Got home last after a lovely time away with lots of sunshine. Raining here this morning and I’ll have to go out to the shops for bread and milk.
