Morning All, Blowy here with spits of rain, not nice. Good Luck with that May, I hate being on a diet it makes me feel grumpy and headachy.
I’m not on a diet as such Roxy,just eliminating the yeast overload from My body which is caused by eating sugary bad carbohydrates…I know I’ve overdone the sugar when I start to feel lethargic/tired/moody and have gained weight…so back on track and feeling better already just after one week,onwards and downwards

Morning All, Belting down rain here this morning, am catching up on housework and delaying dogs walk till after lunch when I hope it’s stopped raining. Good evening everybody. Cold here today had my hair done then caught the bus to Braehead. One of my nephews turned13 today so went for lunch to a burger bar his choice, a lot better and more expensive than MacDonalds.
