Good morning everybody. Was out yesterday meeting a friend in town, went for a curry and really enjoyed it. Staying home today and catching up with things around here, then tonight out for dinner with my niece who is here for the weekend.
Hello all - just back from my first ever yoga class and am dreading tomorrow as I have a feeling I will be sore in places I donāt even know exist!
Eveninā Allā¦had a nice gallivant around town & met Daughter for lunch,

Lovely day through the window, but blooming freezing when you step outside 
Sun is out and wall to wall blue sky, BUT ohhhh that wind 
Himself is finishing work at lunch time today and wants us to take the clydes for some exercise this afternoon, hoping like crazy the winds dropped by then or Iāll freeze to the saddle lol.

Good morning, all - ouch, ouch, ouch - yes, I did feel the effects of my yoga yesterday but even more so today. However school is on holiday so taking my young granddaughter to cinema where I wonāt need to move too much.

Afternoon Folks,just in from a visit to the Range store in Wishaw where I bought a new set of pans from the Marble Collection to add to those I have alreadyā¦My eldest Daughter whoās coming for a weeks visit is a bit of a vegetarian Nigellaā¦She uses every pan in the house when cookingā¦thank gawd for dishwashers.:-p
The snow & ice has gone but Itās a bitterly cold wind out there so glad to be back in the warmth.

Morning All Ouch Ouch Ouch, Iāve been up most of the night with an attack of Gout in my big toe Even the duvet is hurting it. No swimming for me today as Iād not be able to put enough weight on it to climb out of the pool.
Will have to be at the Doctorās for 8am when they open as I need to see someone today. If I try phoning Iāll not be able to get through, and by the time I doā¦thereās no emergency appointments left. 
so itās easier to be there and get one from the receptionistā¦

Aye I usually observe Lent and am giving up sweet things like biscuits chocolate etcāā¦but the Family are taking Me out for a Birthday lunch on Saturdayā¦will I be good and not order a pudding??? 
Enjoy your lunch - perhaps you could finish off with biscuits and cheese, washed down with a wee glass of port even?
I think Iāll just have a starter and main course LTā¦I hear champagne is on the menu,but not My favā tippleā¦so may just have a glass of redā¦Iāve never tasted Portā¦I donāt thinkā¦does it taste like sherry?
LT I used to observe Lent but not now. May Iām sure youāll find something you like on the menu. I drink mostly white wine now and have the occasionally glass of red.
Morning All Bright and sunny here but the wind chill must be well below freezing. Am just heading off to the pool as my toeās on the mend and I should be able to climb out of the pool ok. Then into the Jacuzzi for a nice hot soak. Sighā¦Bliss.
