Good evening mixed weather here today. Had my hair done then had some lunch in town. Did some food shopping and then caught the train home.

Off to the Doc in a wee while, he stopped one of my blood pressure pills a few weeks ago and of course itās sky high now Having a right carry on trying to get one to replace it that actually agrees with me.

Hi Roxy hope the doc managed to get you a pill that agrees with you. Fog here today and then it cleared and the sun came out.Managed to get some work done in the back garden this afternoon.Fog has came back in again this evening.

Iām home from a one night stay in Yorkshire ā¦ I keep discovering new places I want to visit !!! 
Just time to get my washing and ironing done then off again on Friday to Cornwall ā¦ 7 nights in Newquay then 3 nights in St Ives.
Iāll be home again for 3 days then itās a weekend in Oban with a visit to Tobermory

Good evening all. Sorry to butt in Roxy but I have very high blood pressure and have had problems with certain pills. I am now on Candesartan and Indapamide with no side effects. I was on Amlodipine but my ankles became swollen and a rash developed.

It was the Bendrofluzoide that was stopped about six weeks ago, as it was causing gout of all things. Gouts gone but the top line of my bp was up to 185, today it was 150, so itās dropped a good bit by itās self. No new pill but got to return in a months time to see how the bp is doing thenā¦
Myrtle we cant keep up with you. Keep going on all your holidays girl. Scot its a long time since you posted on here. Roxy thatās good that your bp has gone down on its own. Nice sunny day here so Iām off to try and get some more plants to put in.
Morning All, Just back from a good long hoof with the dog and enjoying a big mug of frothy coffee. Got to empty out my car and give her a good clean as she goes away tomorrow and I get my new one.
