This has suddenly popped up from nowhere - and I have no idea what it is. The leaves and stems look like rhubarb - but the flower looks more like a lily. Does anyone have ideas please?

Tabs, I think both Muddy and Maver-rik are right, but to my knowledge both names are one and the same plant.
Mind the cats don’t chew it, as I believe it is poisonous.

ST, l get those suddenly appearing in my garden too. I find them fascinating but l just thought it was a fancy weed!!
