It is my pleasure to announce that the winner of the October Snapshot Comp is

Fruitcake

With his smashing photo of the horseshoe shaped door.

This will be my last competition for awhile as I won’t be around for the next couple of months.
However, if anyone wishes to take it on in the meantime then I would be more than happy to share any tips or advice should they need it. :blush: Just PM me before the end of next week and I will do what I can to help.

And well done to Tiff too, I bet when you was collecting them Shoes you didnt think they would be in a competition.

It is/was the old Blacksmith and/or Farrier’s forge in the beautiful and friendly village of Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, Eire.
A Farrier is a specialist who amongst other things makes and fits horseshoes hence the horseshoe shaped door, and yes, well done to Tiffany and everyone else who entered the comp.
