Recently purchased a used Xbox Series S gaming console. I couldn’t play anything on my old tv with it so I had to go buy a new tv. It was a 43" 4K tv. My Xbox can run at 120 frames per second but the tv has to have the same set up which it does not. And I didn’t know. So I’m stuck at 60 frames per second. Getting the two set up and jiving with each other was a whole new experience for me. I was able to do some of it but, I spent a lot of time Googling things to get it figured out. I bet it took me 2 hrs to get it all set up. By then I was too exhausted to do anything.
There’s no instructions anymore. You either have to Google search for help or find the manual online somewhere to download. Or be a genius and figure it out all by yourself. To me it’s like them handing me the parts for an airplane and saying here…build this. No training. No manual. Just open the box and put the parts together easy peasy. 
All this is way over my head but it sounds exhausting Fritz, I know what you mean about no instructions any more.

I was speaking to someone recently who had quite an expensive and elaborate games set up. He was keen on those flight simulator thingies. Apparently they simulate various types of commercial aircraft, the gamer gets to fly them in real time to carefully replicated on screen world airports! 
My old led tv packed in last Christmas so I bought a new oled tv, no messing about , just plugged in my ps5, WOW the picture quality is amazing…
Azz I guess Vizio has a 120 hz tv but I didn’t know that. Not sure if they’re all 50 inch or not. I don’t think I could handle a 50 inch. The 43 is so huge sometimes it causes motion sickness while watching tv. LOL! So what games do you play?
Ambre that’s ok. You don’t have to know. I won’t judge you. This stuff is over a lot of people’s heads especially ones my age.
Chilliboot they have all kinds of simulation games out there. There’s even one where you are a goat and one where you’re a pigeon.

I tend to play fps games, call of duty, at the moment I’m playing battlefield 6, I’m constantly getting my ass handed back to me by some 15 year old
